Close HTML tags in comments

Open HTML tags in comments are not closed. So if someone forgets to close the bold tag for their comment, the subsequent user's comment is also bolded.

Doesn't Hpricot work well for this sort of thing?
Hpricot("<i>Foo<b>bar</p>").to_html # => "<i>Foo<b>bar</b></i>" -

That's not a bad idea. I'm a little leery of adding an Hpricot dependency just for this, though; Rails 2.0 broke the previous version of Hpricot, and even if it's fixed now, it's still another point of failure.
Basically, I'll make the change if enough other people complain. :-)
