New message notice

There should be a more prominent notice when a person has an unread message, either on the profile or on / (or maybe both places).

Fixed this one in my fork.
I added a method to person, has_unread_messages?
Added a message on the home page. Didn't like it much in profile, with the other message (Edit your info)
