Hiya,
love the software, couple of suggestions regarding installation:
1. I kept getting errors with installing Ferret, found a blog posting suggesting some bugs with the latest version, it all worked fine for me doing gem install ferret --version 1.0.15
2. Installing Freeimage is anything but simple if you are using a windows machine. This blog sorts out all the issues, but was really hard to find, might be nice to link to it:

Cheers and thanks again for the great software, I'll try to figure out the git thing and get in installed properly rather than from the zip file.
